CPAC Day One: Bits and Pieces
Update3: Joe Scarborough is writing a book apparently, and he just praised John Kasich for writing an alternative budget. He attempted to do a Pat Buchanan impression a few seconds ago, and it was horrible. Scarborough is praising how Conservatives talked about ideology and had solutions, but says we’re now off track. He seems excited to be here, and still wants to be part of the movement. That’s good news, considering many view him as a sell-out to mainstream media.
Update2: Congressman Price is on a roll. I’m watching him on a live feed from Bloggers’ Row. He’s talking up the House Republicans use of YouTube and taking on their stimulus garbage bill.
Update1: Just finished the interview and it’s processing and will be uploaded to YouTube and posted soon. Sound quality isn’t the greatest but it’s not bad for how crowded the room is. Watching Ed Morrissey of Hot Air do interviews is even more interesting in person too…
I call this Bits and Pieces because this is where I’ll post all of my “non-post worthy” information. Who am I talking to, who is looking at me wondering who the hell I am, the gossip, etc. Coming up soon I’m doing an interview with the directors behind Not Evil, Just Wrong, the new documentary kicking the environmentalist movement right in the shins with facts. Sitting to my right as of right now is Mary Katharine Ham of The Weekly Standard and sitting across from me is Patrick Poole of Pajamas Media, to give you a sense of who is around. Stay tuned…
